PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has said that the government of change can only deliver the promises if Nigerians are united. The President also expressed joy that the economy has recorded tremendous recovery.

Speaking in his nationwide broadcast to mark the 59 Independence Anniversary, President Buhari warned those who carryout actions that threaten the security of the nation to be cautious as his administration will not spare any act that threatens the fabric of the country.
